SneakerPing is a tool that tracks sneaker marketplace prices and sends you real-time alerts when a pair you're watching drops into your price range. Think of it as your personal sneaker price radar.
We monitor 40+ online stores including major resale platforms like StockX, GOAT, and eBay, plus retail stores and boutiques. We're always expanding our marketplace coverage.
We aim to deliver alerts in near real-time. Notifications are usually sent within minutes of price changes being detected.
You can choose to get notifications via: • Email • SMS (powered by Twilio) • Discord notifications
Yes — creating an account lets us save your sneaker preferences and send you personalized alerts. You can sign up with Google or Discord for quick access.
Absolutely. You can adjust notification methods, sneaker watchlists, and price thresholds anytime in your dashboard.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Your plan will stay active until the end of your current billing period — then it won't renew.
Because SneakerPing delivers instant digital value, payments are non-refundable. The only exceptions are billing errors or where the law requires a refund (for example, some countries provide a short "cooling-off" period). If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days.
Yes — if you sign up during a free trial offer, you won't be charged until your trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
Check that: • The sneaker is still available in your selected size. • You set a price threshold (e.g., "Alert me when below $200"). • Your notification method (SMS, email, Discord) is active and verified. If it still doesn't work, reach out to support.
We do our best to keep prices accurate by checking marketplaces frequently. Still, sneaker prices can change quickly, so we recommend acting fast when you see a deal.
Since eBay's listings are inputted by users, the eBay sellers can make mistakes or put in false information about the sneaker they are listing to sell. Unfortunately we can't control this, but we do our best to search effectively and notify you of the correct sneaker.
For the marketplaces we monitor at SneakerPing, both StockX and GOAT run all sneakers through their own authentication process. These are quite accurate, but mistakes have been known to happen. For eBay, SOME of the sneakers for sale there go through the eBay authentication process. You can see on the sales listing if the sneaker will be run through eBay authentication and we recommend looking for that to have authentication confirmed.
No — SneakerPing doesn't sell sneakers. We track and alert you to prices on marketplaces where you can purchase directly.
Yes. We never see or store your payment card details. All billing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment provider.
We only share data with trusted third-party services that help us run SneakerPing (like Stripe, Twilio, and Supabase). For details, see our Privacy Policy in the footer below.
