How do StockX seller levels work?

StockX has five seller levels on the Verified Marketplace: Level 1 = 9% commission, Level 2 = 8.5%, Level 3 = 8%, Level 4 = 7.5%, Level 5 = 7%. Those are base transaction fees only. A separate 3% payment processing fee applies to every sale, so the all-in cost is 12%, 11.5%, 11%, 10.5% and 10% respectively.
