1. You are not in the SneakerPing server
The most common cause by a wide margin. Discord requires a shared server before a bot can DM you. Rejoin using the invite above, then select Check Status on your account page. Leaving the server later will silently stop alerts.
2. Direct messages from server members are turned off
In Discord, open User Settings, then Privacy & Safety, and allow direct messages from server members. If this is off, Discord rejects the alert before it reaches you. You can also set this per server under the SneakerPing server's privacy settings.
3. The Discord toggle is off for your account or that pair
Discord notifications are switched on per account under Notification Preferences, and can also be turned on or off for an individual tracked pair. Check both if only some alerts are missing.
4. You connected during signup and never confirmed
Connecting Discord while signing up turns notifications on without verifying that you joined the server. If you set things up that way, open your account page and confirm the card reads Connected and In Server. Use Test Notifications to prove the path end to end before relying on it.
