The Air Jordan 5 Retro 'El Grito - Sail' celebrates the culture and heritage of Mexico, with a moniker that alludes to the historic battle cry that sparked the Mexican War of Independence. The legacy silhouette sports an off-white tumbled leather upper with midfoot perforations replacing the traditional TPU netting. Embossed patterns inspired by Mexican architecture adorn the toe, heel and tongue, the latter marked with a Jumpman logo in burgundy embroidery. Built with visible Air-sole cushioning in the heel, the polyurethane midsole features mismatched red and green shark tooth detailing on the left and right shoe, respectively.
