After its debut in 1988, the Air Jordan 3 Retro 'True Blue' has only seen three subsequent releases in 2001, 2009, and 2011. The Air Jordan 3 Retro 'True Blue' 2011 marked the shoe's 23rd anniversary. The sneaker was famous during Michael Jordan's second return to the NBA playing for the Washington Wizards, and returned to the spotlight in 2003 when worn in the All-Star Game by Kobe Bryant. A non-OG retro release, this version has the Jumpman logo on the tongue and heel section.
