The New Balance 9060 ‘Sea Salt Surf’ showcases neutral tones on a lifestyle runner that takes design cues from classic 99X models, mingled with the visible tech aesthetic of running shoes from the Y2K era. The upper combines sand-colored mesh with tonal suede overlays and mismatched ‘N’ logos, rendered in matte silver on the lateral side and white embroidery on the opposite side. Atop the tongue, an NB 9060 logo is inspired by the original 991 lace jewel. The sneaker rides on a sculpted ABZORB midsole, enhanced with SBS cushioning and a translucent CR device at the heel. Underfoot, the diamond outsole pattern is borrowed from the 860.
